In normal snow conditions it is possible to ski within 20m of the apartment. There is a ski bus stop, a supermarket close by and the nearest ski lift is a few minutes walk away.

The closest ski lift is the Cassana gondola (lift 30) which is just a few minutes walk away and from here you can ski to the Carosello. There is also a ski bus stop 50m away where you can get the bus to the Mottolino in less than 5 minutes or to the Carosello 3000 gondola in less than 10 minutes. The apartments are within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, ski lifts and rental shops.
