Chalet Living comprises three charming apartment buildings next door to one another, ideally located close to the centre of Livigno and easy access to the gondola opposite. During normal snow conditions it's possible to ski within 30 metres of the Chalet.

Property details

These newly refurbished apartments are well equipped, and have satellite TV plus a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms with single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge/dining area. The living area also comprises a dining table table and chairs plus a flatscreen TV with satellite channels.

Bathrooms have a rain shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

First floor apartments have balconies with mountain views.

The bus stop is outside the apartments and there is also one reserved parking space per apartment. Fantastic location for skiing and the centre of the village access.

There is a supermarket, bank and restaurants all close to the Chalet. A washing machine is available at an extra cost in the ski room.

The ski pass for a minimum of 6 days is compulsory to be added at the time of booking, or we can add the ski pass for you on your behalf.
