These are scheduled services so if your flight is delayed the transfer bus will not wait more than 15 minutes. We recommend you leave plenty of time in case of airport delays or book a private transfer.
Drop off points: Hotel Alexander bus stop, Casa Sanita (hospital), San Rocco Police station, Pedrana Pizabela, Centro Sci Fondo bus stop (centre), Scuole Statali, Aquagranda bus stop - please send us an email after booking where you prefer to be dropped off.
If you have also booked accommodation with us then you will be provided if requested in advance with a free VIP pick up service to and from your accommodation.
The shuttle bus service and Livigno Ski Coach are a service to get you to the airport only and if bad weather or traffic causes delays, we cannot be held responsible for missed departures. The times above are approximate arrival times in normal traffic and weather conditions. You must have adequate travel insurance to cover you for such circumstances
Option 2 - Livigno Ski Coach

Don’t forget this service will drop you off and pick you up from your Hotel or Apartment door! or as close as possible. Please note that for hotels and apartments located in the pedestrian zone it may not be possible to drop off at the door so a short walk may be required.

Where do I find the Shuttle Bus at Milan Bergamo airport
Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, Arrival area, Arrival Door number 3. After collecting your bags, go outside of Arrivals Door number 3 and you will need to go into the car park and look for the coach which will have a flower logo, or Silvestre on the side of the bus - the driver will have a list with your name
Option 3: Private Transfers
This service is available from all airports. The driver will wait until your flight arrives so you don’t need to worry about delays. The driver will be waiting for you outside of the luggage hall doors and will have a sign with your group leaders name on.
Please read the Transfers section in our Terms and Conditions in case of long delays or diversions or special zones in Milan centre as well as the notes at the bottom of this page. Private transfers are available from 1 to 100 people

Milan Bergamo
- You can go to one of Italy's biggest indoor shopping centres which is just 200 meters from the airport and you can walk there directly from the terminal using the underpass
- You can store your luggage for just 5€ per bag (approximately) - go out of arrival door number 3 and in the car park you will see the following office. The opening hours are from 1000 to 2000.
- In between the check in area and the entrance to the security check, you will find a small V.I.P lounge that costs 24€ for up to 3 hours and you can have unlimited drinks and snacks as well as the use of private toilets plus you can charge your mobile devices in comfort. They will also check in your bags as well so need to queue
- If you arrive at the airport and you are in a hurry and the security queue is large, you can also go to the V.I.P area and pay approximately 10€ to skip the queue.
- There are also sleeping pods available during the day time up to 1900 and you can pay 10€ per hour. If you want to stay overnight then you must make a booking online

EXTRA COACHES to those advertised above
The following list is for extra coaches we have to those advertised above. This list will be added to weekly with any extra transfers available. These can only be booked by email on request to info@livignoskiholidays.com
Extra coaches will appear here from September and updated daily from then.
Some of the above extra coaches have an additional charge so the price and availability is only by email. Only book flights for these times once we confirm the transfer is available.

**Please note. Transfers booked less than 96 hours in advance must be confirmed by email first
- Transfer times are approximate and can be quicker or take longer depending on traffic and weather conditions. We reserve the right to bring coach times forward by up to 2 hours for operational reasons if required - without reason - 24 hours notice will always be given. (From Livigno to Airport direction only).
- All transfers - each person has a luggage limit of 25kg suitcase plus normal hand luggage (rucksack size) - if you have extra bags or ski or snowboard bags please send us an email after booking so we can reserve the extra space - failure to do so in advance may mean that we are unable to take extra baggage.
- For ski or snowboard bags for the Airport Shuttle and Livigno Ski Coach there is a 5€ supplement each way added which we will send a payment link for after booking
- For baby seats/ car seats - sometimes a supplement of 20€ per trip may be added. You will be notified after booking if required.
- For private transfers of 9 people or more - if arriving into Milan after 1800hrs - a supplement of 50€ per hour will be added after booking (eg - arrive 8pm, extra 100€)
- For private transfers of 8 people or less - the vehicle can hold a maximum of 8 x suitcases plus 8 x hand luggage - we can provide a trailer for 110€ should you have excess luggage - this can be added on after the booking has been made by email.
- For transfers for 9 people or more, if you have excess luggage, the next size bus may be needed which will be an extra cost - please email if you are unsure what size coach to book
- Once you have made a booking for a transfer, we will then contact you 3 days before arrival with all the information/vouchers you require.
- Airport Shuttle drop off and picks will be at Centro Sci Fondo unless you have emailed us with your accommodation address where we will allocate the closest pick up.
- Livigno Ski Coach services will pick up and drop off at your accommodation wherever possible - please email us the address of your hotel after booking. (otherwise all pick up and drops off will be from Centro Sci Fondo.)
